Aaquib Wani, Forbes 30 under 30 for Design ’21, is a self-taught experiential designer & art director with creative expertise in spaces, festivals, sets, interiors, interactive installations, weddings, visual, and graphic design, blending the aesthetic palettes absorbed through his Kashmiri heritage and upbringing in New Delhi. He has no formal training or education in design. From working as the art director for a music magazine to learning the boundaries of space design, he has mastered the art of not just 2D but also 3D design.
Aaquib Wani Design, the experiential design studio, has worked & collaborated with a variety of brands including international music festival Lollapalooza, India National Cricket Team, United Nations, Spotify, adidas, Coca Cola, MG Motors, Nestle, Ranveer Singh, Serendipity Arts Festival ’22, RedFM, Levi's, Phoenix malls, Gas, Levi’s, Fastrack, Superdry, Bacardi NH7 Weekender, PVR, Tamras Gin, Rajasthan Royals, Jhonnie Walker, Budweiser, Glenfiddich, Jaywalking, Almost Gods, DesignxDesign, Cosmopolitan, Anjul Bhandari etc. The studio has also designed special edition shoes for Rohit Sharma for IPL 2021 and 2022 and his collection with adidas. Aaquib Wani was also the Art Director for Isha Ambani's sangeet at Udaipur & Akash Ambani's wedding in Mumbai.
